Website privacy
Your information.
Handled with purpose.
This notice covers this website and the enquiries submitted through it. Processing carried out for a client’s customers is governed by the relevant service and data-processing agreements.
Who is responsible for your information
Ihor Zhabrovets, Jana Kazimierza 30, 01-248, Warsaw, Poland, is the controller for personal data submitted through this website. Contact business@ame-value.com with questions about your information or to exercise your rights.
Data-protection requests are handled by Ihor Zhabrovets.
What this website collects
When you make an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, company, message, selected service and any pricing-quiz brief you choose to include. We also record a submission reference, submission time and your acknowledgement of this notice.
The website uses technical request information to operate reliably and reduce abuse. The enquiry endpoint uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier for rate limiting. Please do not submit customer records, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Why we use this information
We use enquiry information to understand your request, discuss a potential engagement and prepare a relevant response. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, this supports steps requested before entering a contract or our legitimate interest in handling business communications.
Technical security information is used for our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service and preventing abuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise unrelated marketing.
Providing information is voluntary. The fields marked as required are needed to process the website enquiry; you can contact us directly by email instead.
Where information is processed
This version of the website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and enquiry storage. Enquiry records are available to the website operator through its hosting administration. Hosting providers may process technical information to operate and protect their services.
When contacting us by email, your message is also processed by the relevant email services. If you follow an external link, that provider’s privacy practices apply. Ask us about the processing arrangements relevant to your enquiry or prospective engagement; this website does not promise a specific data-residency location.
Retention
Enquiries sent through this website are deleted automatically 24 months after they are submitted. The deletion runs on a schedule, not on request. Records connected to a signed agreement are kept in our customer systems for as long as that agreement and the statutory accounting period require, under the policy of those systems.
A scheduled task on the website’s own infrastructure removes enquiry records older than 24 months and records that it did so. Nothing in that period depends on someone remembering to run it. You may request deletion earlier using the contact address above, which also covers copies held in our email and customer systems.
Rate-limit records are short-lived operational records and are cleared as the enquiry service processes subsequent requests. They are kept separately from the enquiry content.
Cookies and external resources
The website itself does not add advertising trackers, marketing cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. The hosting platform may use essential access or security cookies, particularly while this version is available privately.
If you change the motion setting, the website remembers that choice in your browser’s local storage. This preference stays on your device and is not sent with your enquiry. You can change it using the motion control or remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.
External services such as LinkedIn are opened only when you choose to follow their links.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Contact business@ame-value.com. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns your data. You may also raise a concern with the data-protection supervisory authority in your country, including Poland’s Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
Updates
This notice should be updated when the website’s data collection, hosting, integrations or processing arrangements change. The publication date above identifies this version.
